HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESS-ONS LAST?

TEMPORARY WEAR: 1 – 7 DAYS (USING SHORT TIME GLUE)

LONG-TERM WEAR: 2– 4 WEEKS (USING LONG TIME GLUE)

NOTE THAT THESE ESTIMATES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL LIFESTYLE FACTORS AND WHETHER THE CORRECT TECHNIQUE WAS USED DURING APPLICATION.

HOW DO I APPLY PRESS-ONS?

APPLICATION

STEP 1: Push back cuticles, file and buff your nails. Make sure file every corner and parts of your nails equally.

STEP 2: Wipe thoroughly with alcohol wipe to remove oil and dust.

STEP 3: Choose adhesive pad 1mm smaller than the edge of your natural nail.

STEP 4: Press the pad’s edges with stick, gradually thinning the adhesive pad until the pad completely covers the surface of the nail.

STEP 5: Peel off the adhesive pad.

STEP 6: Angle the instant nail at 45 degrees, push it back towards the nail bed while pressing down on the natural nail. Press lightly for 5 seconds, avoid water for 2 hours.

HOW DO I REMOVE PRESS ONS?

-Short time:

1. Spray the edge of the nail with 75% alcohol or soak your fingers in warm water (you can add soap in) 20 mins to soften the glue.
2. Pry the edge seam with a small stick, continue dropping. alcohol, and pry again slowly.
3. Slowly spin the small stick to roll away the remaining glue.

-Long time:

1. Apply nail glue remover to the edges of the nails.
2. Gently insert the small stick through the gap at the edge of the nail, and then add few more drops of nail glue remover; repeat this step,
and use the small stick to slowly pry the nails.
3. Use the file to remove glue residue from your nails.

CAN I REUSE YOUR NAILS?

MINICURE Press-On nails are 100% reusable. Follow the provided instructions for removing Press-On nails.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY?

A size chart is available online, along with instructions on how to measure nails correctly. If you have sizing questions please do not hesitate to contact our team.

I HAVE CLUBBED THUMBS, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

If you have clubbed thumbs please reach out to our team via email or contact form and we can arrange for extra/replacement thumbs to be purchased.

AS WE ARE UNABLE TO ADVISE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF CUSTOM AND DUTY FEES, BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMER AND DUTY FEES THAT MAY OCCUR TO THE ORDER ONCE IT HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available by both Standard Postal service and DHL Express shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

After the order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. The order's status can be tracked using the provided link.

Once your order has arrived in your destination country, we suggest to use your domestic postal service tracking website for more accurate tracking updates.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow us time to create and prepare your products. Shipping time may vary based on your location and different shipping method.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Shipping to PO boxes is available for "Standard" shipping. Ensure that the correct PO box address is provided during checkout. Deliveries via DHL are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes.

MY DELIVERY IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED

If a delivery is taking longer than expected, check the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. For further assistance, contact your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Parcel Force) and provide your tracking number. They will be better equipped to provide the most up-to-date information.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY - HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

If an incorrect address was entered, contact customer support immediately via email to update the address. If the order has not yet shipped, the address can be corrected.

If the order has already shipped, your local postal service will need to be contacted to address the issue.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

We currently cannot accept returns or exchanges.

I HAVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM - WHAT DO I DO?
